Ⅱ Product Features
       Sysmyk® is a special, single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean nanocoating with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. It is formulated using nano-hybrid technology. Once cured, this coating boasts an excellent metallic finish, strong water- and oil-repellent characteristics, and outstanding anti-fouling performance. At the same time, it offers easy-clean properties—oil stains and grime on the surface can be effortlessly wiped away. After treatment with this nanocoating, grease droplets on range hoods will automatically slide off, and any remaining trace amounts of oil will naturally contract into tiny beads. As a result, daily cleaning of range hoods becomes simple and convenient for household users, eliminating the hassle of dealing with stubborn grease buildup. Additionally, this coating enhances the protection, gloss, and stain-resistant performance of stainless steel surfaces.

       * Medium-temperature curing; the coating film hardness can reach 3H.

Ⅶ Construction Method

    Pre-construction preparation

A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any oil stains, dirt, and debris from the surface. The surface must be free of oil stains, dust, and water marks.

B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from reattaching.

C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.

 

    Coating

A. Thoroughly stir well before use; application can be carried out by air spraying or electrostatic spraying.

B. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–8 μm

C. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C; relative humidity: 45%–75%.

D. The cleanliness level of the spray booth shall be within Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 350,000 per cubic meter—or, equivalently, less than 10,000 such particles per cubic foot.

E. The cleanliness level of the leveling and baking areas shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the concentration of dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5 μm shall be less than 35,000 particles/m³.
