Sysmyk® is a long-lasting, easy-to-clean, hydrophobic and oleophilic nano-coating developed by Guangzhou Xisenmeike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It’s a special single-component, long-lasting, easy-to-clean, anti-fingerprint nano-coating that utilizes nano SOL-GEL technology. After curing, the coating exhibits outstanding super-oleophilic properties, virtually eliminating any visible fingerprints on its surface. Once cured, this coating delivers an excellent metallic texture, strong hydrophobic and oleophilic performance, and superior anti-fingerprint effects. Oil stains and dirt on the surface can be easily wiped away. After treatment with this nano-coating, metal substrates show significantly fewer fingerprints compared to untreated surfaces, making them incredibly easy to clean.

Pre-construction preparation
1. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and foreign matter from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.
3. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
1. Thoroughly stir well before use; air spraying can be used for application.
2. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 μm.
3. Construction temperature: 10–30 °C; relative humidity: 45%–75%.
4. The cleanliness of the spray booth shall be at or below Class 10,000, meaning that the number of dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 10,000.
5. The cleanliness level of the leveling zone and baking zone shall be within Class 100,000, meaning that the number of particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot shall be less than 100,000.
