The Sysmyk® film surface features a highly wear-resistant, hydrophobic, and oleophobic nano-coating—a specialized two-component, easy-to-clean, anti-fouling treatment agent introduced by Guangzhou Hissenmec New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from SYSMEK GMBH AG&CO., LTD. in the UK. It contains modified fluororesin for outdoor applications. Excellent weather resistance and durability, specially designed for anti-fouling treatment on TPU surfaces. After curing at room temperature, this coating boasts a fine texture and excellent transparency, without compromising the gloss or clarity of the underlying coating. It also features easy-clean properties, allowing surface stains to be effortlessly wiped away. This product is particularly suitable for medical tubing made of TPU and TPU phone cases. Thanks to its low surface energy, the coating significantly reduces the accumulation of dirt and grime. of attachment Moreover, it is easy to erase. It is primarily used for anti-fouling and easy-cleaning treatments on surfaces of TPU-based medical tubing, phone cases, and similar products, enhancing protection, glossiness, and stain resistance.

Ⅶ Construction Method
Pre-construction preparation
A. Before spraying, first perform surface treatment on the object to be coated, removing any old paint films, rust, oil stains, oxide scales, and foreign debris from the surface. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and water marks.
B. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent recontamination by dust.
C. The construction environment must be dust-free and equipped with ventilation systems or corresponding air-dust removal equipment to ensure construction quality.
Coating
Before using the A.Sysmyk® long-lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating with easy cleaning and anti-fouling properties, add the curing agent (Component B) to Component A and thoroughly mix them until uniform. The coating can be applied by air spraying. The coated material containing the curing agent must be used within 2 hours.
Component B: Component B to Component A ratio = 9:1. Application methods include spray coating, dip coating, and flow coating, among others.
C. Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa; spray distance: 15–25 cm; recommended coating film thickness: 5–15 μm
D. Construction temperature: 10–40 °C, relative humidity: 25%–75%
