Ⅱ Product Features
ZCP0071 is a specialized two-component, room-temperature self-drying, long-lasting, acid- and alkali-resistant, corrosion-inhibiting nanocoating developed by Hissen-Mech. This coating is formulated using special functional monomers that undergo copolymerization to produce a unique functional resin. It is further compounded with specialized nanoparticles, ultimately yielding a functional nano-coating with exceptional weather resistance, anti-fouling properties, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. The coating’s durability can exceed three years. To enhance adhesion to glass substrates, it is recommended to first apply ZCP0072 as a matching primer before spraying or brushing on ZCP0071.

        1. Room-temperature curing: It becomes surface-dry within 10–20 minutes, and full curing takes 24 hours.

        2. Ultra-high acid resistance: Resistant to hydrofluoric acid corrosion, providing effective protection for 3 years.

        3. Corrosion resistance: Effectively protects aluminum frames.

        4. Anti-reflective property: After construction, the reflectivity of monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is less than 1.0–1.6, and the reflectivity of polycrystalline silicon modules is less than 2.0–2.8.

Air-dries at room temperature; full curing takes 24 hours.

VI Technical Parameters

Ⅶ Construction Method

     Pre-construction preparation

        1. Before applying the coating, first perform surface treatment on the photovoltaic glass. Use the matching QCP0091S (multifunctional cleaning agent for photovoltaic glass) and spray it directly onto the surface. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then use a photovoltaic glass cleaning device to treat the surface. After completion of the treatment, simply rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use pH test paper to verify that the surface has become neutral.

        2. The cleaned surface should be sprayed promptly to prevent dust from settling again.

        3. After thoroughly cleaning and ensuring the surface is dry, apply or spread ZCP0072 using a spray or scraper. Wait 20–30 minutes before proceeding with the application of ZCP0071.

        4. Avoid construction when it’s raining.

 

Construction Method

        1. Apply by scraping or spraying

        2. Mix components ZCP0071A and ZCP0071B in a 9:1 ratio until thoroughly blended, then proceed with construction immediately. The mixed material must be used within 2 hours; otherwise, it may gel and become unusable.

3. One-time treatment, valid for 3 years
